Es Garrover de Mallorca is a family-run business and commercial brand founded by Juana Verger. It is the first company to market exclusive products made from organic carob from Mallorca, committed to a local, ecological, native, and Mediterranean product, working with local artisans.
They produce everything from thickeners for soups, creams, sauces, and desserts, to carob powder (a cocoa alternative), as well as carob pulp, syrup, and spread.
