Tropical Restaurant was founded in 1983 by Jose Luis Garcia and Juana Ana Tugores, parents of the current owner of the restaurant Jose Miguel Garcia.
Throughout its history they have always been pioneers in innovation to offer a better service to customers from offering a large dining room to cover a large number of diners to provide food delivery service.
Currently, in 2013, it has been remodeled to present a more modern appearance, leaving behind the bamboo or reeds in the purest Caribbean style.
